In this leadership position, you are fully responsible for a group of campers (usually 20-30) who live in multiple cabins. You will be responsible for supervising 5 to 8 staff, as well as organizing group meetings, paperwork, and setting the positive tone for your campers and staff. You must have extensive leadership experience for this position – having supervised staff and groups of people, as well as proven success working with groups of children.

You will live and participate with campers in a variety of daily activities in which you are the catalyst, leader, helper, guide, listener and above all the role model. Experience working with children essential! You must be a hard worker with a positive attitude and have experience with being flexible and adaptable.

4N4 Staff

In this small group of staff you will live and travel with our second oldest campers as they take part in an outdoor adventure trip out West in the United States. You must be a strong swimmer and have experience in, or exposure to, outdoor activities such as high ropes, white water rafting, rock climbing, and camping. You must have a valid driver’s license.

You will be responsible for leading, supervising and maintaining a specific activity area of camp within land sports, water sports, theater/performing/fine arts or outdoor adventure. This position requires a high level of expertise and experience coaching /teaching, as well as developing lesson plans and guiding other coaches. You must have formal teaching/coaching experience in the activity area, strong organizational skills, be a self-starter and above all, creative! You will be instructing children ages 7-16 from novice to advanced skill levels.

You instruct a specific activity area within aforementioned areas. You must have formal teaching, coaching, or playing experience in the activity area for which you are applying. You will be instructing children ages 7-16 from novice to advanced skill levels. You will be living with a group of campers, and you will join this group for meal times, evening activities, for sleeping and anytime you are not teaching in your activity area.
