The Lodge on Echo Lake sits beautifully among mountainous views of the Adirondacks in New York. From the very beginning, my fiancé and I knew this was the perfect place to exchange our vows. Kathy was extremely knowledgeable and helped us customize our wedding into a “Princess Bride” theme. She assisted us in planning a truly unique wedding on the beach with Echo Lake as a mirror to our vows. I will never forget the magic of Echo Lake as my father escorted me down the sandy beach in a golf cart. The staff was very accommodating and made our night truly memorable with our friends and family. The delicious menu and on-site lodging was enjoyed by all. The Lodge on Echo Lake will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

Since 2006 The Better Days Foundation has been using Echo Lake as our host sight for our week long camp program; Camp Better Days. We are a foundation that was set up for the long term support of children who lost a parent or loved one on 9-11-01. We came upon Echo Lake in 2006 when we had to change locations a week before camp. We arrived there less than a week later and had one of the greatest camp weeks we had had to date. It has become our home. The Echo Lake staff is wonderful, and truly has become an important aspect of our program; we look forward to seeing them year after year! They keep us safe, well-fed, and all of our needs are attended to. The facilities and cabin are well-cared for, and provide a beautiful setting for our program! I would recommend Echo Lake to anyone looking for a retreat, reunion or needing a place to host a program!

Echo Lake has been the home of our overnight lacrosse camp for the past two years. Originally drawn to it for it’s amazing facilities and beautiful surroundings, it was Camp Echo Lake’s staff and personality that keeps us coming back year after year. Not only is Tony and his staff extremely professional and accommodating, they all share positive attitudes and work with smiles on their faces!
